Information you provide
When you submit a project inquiry, we receive your name, email, message and any optional phone number, company, aircraft details or design configuration you include. We use these details to review and respond to your request and to communicate about the work you are considering.
Design configurations
The Design Studio lets you create and share a visual configuration. A shared design link contains or retrieves design selections, including any initials entered. Anyone with that link can view those selections. Contact details are stored separately and are not included in the shared design.
Services that support this website
Our hosting infrastructure stores website content and inquiries. When email delivery is configured, Resend processes inquiry notifications on our behalf. Videos hosted on this website load from our media infrastructure. Where a YouTube video is available, its player loads only when you choose to play it; YouTube then processes data under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and browser storage
The public site does not use advertising cookies. The Design Studio may keep your recent selections in your browser so you can continue exploring. Administrator sign-in uses essential session cookies. We do not currently run third-party advertising or visitor analytics on this website.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry information as needed to respond to your request, support an ongoing project and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry details by emailing info@rexaircraftinteriors.com. We will review the request and explain any information we need to retain.
